Payment

Please enclose deposit of £50 sterling together with this booking form.  Please make cheques payable to Jo Booth.  Balance payable at least one month before start of the holiday.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change.  If you cancel more than eight weeks of your booking starting, we will refund your deposit in full.  If you cancel less than eight weeks, but more than four weeks from the start of your booking, your deposit will not be returnable.  Cancellation within four weeks or less of your booking commencing will leave you liable for payment of the full rental unless the property can be re-let in this time.  You are advised to make appropriate insurance arrangements to cover this eventuality.  All cancellations should be confirmed in writing.

Declaration

I undertake to assume liability for any damage, loss or breakages arising from my use of Mill of Tilquhillie during the period stated above and I understand that the deposit paid herewith will not be returned to me if I cancel this booking less than eight weeks from the start of the let.  I have read and understood the booking conditions.
