We understand that sometimes plans
change. If you cancel more than eight weeks of your booking
starting, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel less
than eight weeks but more than four weeks from the start of your
booking, your deposit will not be returnable. Cancellation within
four weeks or less of your booking commencing will leave you liable
for payment of the full rental unless the property can be re-let in
this time. You are advised to make appropriate insurance
arrangements to cover this eventuality. All cancellations should be
confirmed in writing.
All bed linen and
towels are included.
Well-behaved dogs are
welcome at an additional cost of £15 per week.
Tenants are requested not
to smoke in the cottage.
Transport from Aberdeen
Airport can be arranged by the owners through, and payable to, the
local taxi firm.
The cottage will be
available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10
am on the day of departure. On occasion we may be able to be
flexible about these entry days and timings so, if they cause any
problems, please speak to the owners.
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk
are supplied at the time of entry, but we are very happy to purchase
other shopping on behalf of our guests.

There are a lot of properties in this area
all with the same postcode AB31 6JS, so please read the
Local Directions carefully as sat
navs can get a bit confused as you get close to the house. We are
clearly signposted and just off the main tarmac road so avoid going
down any unmade tracks.
