Comments from our visitors:

It was lovely staying at this cottage!  The location is beautiful.. with a beautiful garden and a stream flowing by.. also a pond behind the cottage.  Lovely rustic ambience and the fireplace inside makes the house very cosy.  Also the host is quick with responses.  Overall a lovely stay.  I would love to come back here!  June 2019

As usual very pleasant stay.  Lucky with the weather as well, cool but mainly sunny.  Very restful holiday, making the usual outings and walks.  April 2019

What a lovely cottage!  Remote but warm and within easy reach of beautiful countryside.  We had many lovely walks, including Burn O'Vat trail.  Many castles visited.  We recommend The Burnett Arms and The Douglas Arms for good "pub grub", the Tandoori at Echt, the Farm Shop and Fenzean and Platform 22, between Banchory and Aboyne - excellent for coffee/tea.  Thank you for the cottage.  September 2018

Mill of Tilquhillie Millstream Bridge

Such a peaceful retreat.  So much appreciated the provisions left.  Thank you.  Loved having the log burner going, the weather was better than forecast, an added bonus.  September 2018

Very much enjoyed our stay in the Mill.  Very peaceful and a great location for exploring Deeside and easy access to Aberdeen.  August 2018

A beautiful cottage, perfect for us and our dogs.  Ideally positioned to explore the surrounding area.  Hope to come back soon.  May 2018

Annual "Scotland Fix" this year on the Eastern side.  Great cottage, lovely location and fantastic weather.  Must ensure we come this way again.  May 2018

Beautiful home from home whilst our kitchen was being replaced.  Fab hosts and all the home comforts required.   More work to be done in the house so we will probably be back!  April 2018

Another lovely (and successful) trip to The Dee, three salmon for the two of us.  The trip is all the more special for the home comforts of the Mill, thank you - we will be back next year.  March 2018
